A three-member delegation led by the party’s Foreign Department Chief Krishna Bahadur Mahara has left for the same program instead of Chairman Dahal.
Leftist representatives of 27 countries including India, Bhutan, USA, Turkey, Vietnam and North Korea will take part in the program organized against interference and discrimination against the underdeveloped countries by the developed ones.
