KATHMANDU, Feb 3: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Jitendra Narayan Dev has invited Chinese officials to visit Nepal and explore its natural beauty, cultural adventures and tourism.
Dev who is on a China visit, made this request to Chinese officials at a workshop organised on Friday by the Nepali embassy in Beijing in China.
"Cooperation is on between both Nepali and Chinese sides to further strengthen mutual relations between the two countries," he said at the meeting.
On the occasion, Nepal's ambassador to China Leela Mani Paudyal apprised the workshop of efforts of the embassy in promoting and conserving Nepal's tourism.
The meeting was also attended by officials of Nepali embassy in China, the China National Tourism Administration, the Global Travel and Tourism Partnership, China International Travel Service and Chinese media-persons.(RSS)
