CTEVT grants special chance for failed students to attend examination

KATHMANDU, Jan 26: The Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) is extending a special opportunity to students enrolled in the semester examination system at the diploma level, who registered until 2016/17.

The Office of the Controller of Examinations in Sanothimi has been authorized to conduct examinations for those who did not pass in the first and second sections of the first, second, and third years under the semester system. Additionally, the special chance extends to the final examinations of the first, second, and third years for various programs under the annual examination system.

Similarly, in the case of pre-diploma level, from the academic session 2009/2010 to 2018/19, a special opportunity examination will be held for those who failed within the stipulated time frame determined by the syllabus. This examination will take place in the Kathmandu Valley, according to the Controller of Examinations in Sanothimi.

January 7, 2024 is the deadline for filling the examination application form. However, those who cannot fill the forms within this deadline can do so until February 15, 2024 by paying a late fee. The Office of the Controller of Examinations has requested that the concerned educational institutions compulsorily fill out the examination application form from the students and submit it to the respective provincial offices of the CTEVT.
