CPN UML’s Bagmati Province Convention to be held in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU, Dec 30: The convention of the Bagmati Province Committee of CPN-UML will be held from 22 to 23 January, next year, in Kathmandu. The third meeting of the organizing committee chaired by the chairperson of the committee Keshav Pandey has formed various sub-committees to organize the convention successfully.

The third meeting of the organizing committee chaired by the chairperson of the committee Keshav Pandey has formed various sub-committees to organize the convention successfully.

The meeting has appointed Chairperson Pandey for political and organizational report, Vice Chairperson Ram Hari Subedi for financial management, Secretary Bijay Subedi for representative management, Joint Secretary Ratna Gurung for promotion, Mahesh Kumar Bartaula, for Stage and Food Management, Secretary General Apsara Chapagain for hospitality management while Dr Ram Kumar Adhikari, member of State for Health and Upendra Poudel, Member of State for Volunteer Operations have been appointed as coordinators.


Joint Secretary Gurung said that it has been decided to select the delegates for the convention by January 16. The party's Bagmati in-charge Kashinath Adhikari, deputy in-charges Krishna Gopal Shrestha, Sher Bahadur Tamang, Ananda Prasad Pokhrel and Parbat Gurung were present in the meeting. UML has scheduled the district convention on January 7 and the provincial convention on January 22 in all the provinces.
