CHITWAN: CPN-Maoist General Secretary Ram Bahdur Thapa has claimed that the UCPN (Maoist) has forwarded them the proposal to either unify with the mother party or join the poll process.

Speaking to media persons in Narayangadh on Friday, Thapa, however, warned that his party would disrupt the elections. “Every political party has a right decide its own course of action,” said Thapa. [break]

The CPN-Maoist has demanded annulment of the 25-point agreement, formation of a government led by a political party, roundtable conference between all the political forces and deferral of the CA polls. He further said that his party would not go for unification with the UCPN (Maoist).
