Bista, a state committee member of the CPN-Maoist, was a defeated candidate in the last CA elections from the district. He had obtained some 13,500, votes securing third place after Nepali Congress and UML.
As many as two hundreds names who defected to UML, was read out on the occasion at Balkhu today.
According to Karna Bahadur Thapa, UML central committee member who is also from Bajura district informed that party will organize separate programs to formally welcome them into the party as all the members could not present in today’s program due to technical reasons.
