KATHMANDU, Nov 1: Senior leader of Nepali Congress (NC) Ram Chandra Poudel has said that all the important organs of the nation are now in question.
Speaking at a press conference organized by Nepal Press Union, Dhanusha in Janakpur on Monday, senior leader Poudel said that question marks have been raised over all the important organs of the country. He said that the parliament, constitutional bodies, courts and even political parties failed to play their role effectively.

According to Poudel, political parties have not been able to make their role effective even though they are the center of public trust. He also said that it was up to him to make the NC the center of trust of people and a strong conduit of democracy. He said that the political parties as well as the constitutional bodies should run in a systematic manner and the court should also function in a dignified manner.
“I am carrying the agenda of democracy for my party. At present, we need to go on the path of economic development and social development instead of being involved in political issues,” he said.
