Contempt of court case filed against NBA President Ghimire

KATHMANDU, Oct 1: The Supreme Court (SC) administration has filed a contempt case against Gopal Krishna Ghimire, the president of Nepal Bar Association (NBA).


The SC administration filed the contempt case against Ghimire on Tuesday, claiming that Ghimire’s statement regarding the justices’ recommendation has undermined the dignity of the court.
