Former Deputy Prime Minister Koirala asserted that the government leadership is complete failure for not being able to give final shape to the Cabinet even after two months of its formation.[break]
At a press meet organized by Nepal Press Union, Morang Chapter on Wednesday, leader Koirala added, if the constitution is not delivered in time, all the political parties will be deemed weak and failed and consequently it will a loss for all.
She also underscored the need of positive initiative and lead role of the Nepali Congress to give outlet to the nation.
On query, she responded that it would not be acceptable to the Nepali Congress if attempts were made to promulgate constitution by two-third majority.
