POKHARA, Mar 9: Prithvi Subba Gurung, Chief Minister of Province 4 will seek vote of confidence at 1 PM today, the Secretariat of Provincial Assembly said.
“Apart from the vote of confidence, we are also preparing to approve Provincial directives and table economic work plan,” Shambhu Prasad Khadka, secretary of the Secretariat said.

“Once economic work plan is approved, it will help us to bring budget for the province,” Hari Bahadur Chumang, minister of internal affairs and law of Province 4 said.
A chief minister must seek vote of confidence within 30 days after being elected as chief minister.
Comprising 60 provincial assembly members, Gurung is likely to garner majority in confidence with support of left alliance. UML and Maoist Center have 27 and 12 seats respectively.
