KATHMANDU, Feb 16: Most parts in the country witnessed cloudy condition triggered by westerly wind today. Some hilly regions including the capital city will see intermittent rain, said Meteorological Forecasting Division. 

Senior meteorologist Samir Shrestha said light rains will occur due to the westerly wind, however, weather won't become clear for two days. The Kathmandu Valley witnessed light rain today. 

The western and the central parts of the country will have sporadic rainfall in the coming night. 

As Division's record, the Kathmandu Valley recorded the maximum temperature of 21.7 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 8.4 degrees Celsius. Throughout the country, Biratnagar had a maximum temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. RSS
