KATHMANDU, April 3: Light rain is likely in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali provinces of the country today. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, there is currently a partial influence of westerly winds and local winds in Nepal.
