RATNANAGAR, June 1: CPN-UML has withdrawn its Chitwan shutdown program after mounting public pressure.
The UML had announced to enforce Chitwan shutdown for today to put pressure to take ahead vote count in Bharatpur Metropolis.
There was a widespread criticism of UML on social media for enforcing shutdown against its earlier promise to not resort to strike for protest. RSS
