CHITWAN, Feb 5: The District Court, Chitwan has remanded Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), to custody in connection with the Sahara Chitwan Multipurpose Cooperative fraud case.
Judge Dayaram Dhakal’s bench issued the remand order on Wednesday, according to Amrit Bishwakarma, information officer of the District Court, Chitwan.

Bishwakarma said that Lamichhane has been handed over to the police and is required to appear in court at 10 am on Thursday.
