RAJBIRAJ, Oct 27: A child died after being hit by a bus carrying students here on Friday.
Shivam Kumar Yadav, the six-year-old son of Gunanandan Yadav of Saptari died after being hit by the bus belonging to the Kankalini Academy School. Shivam was reportedly crossing the road when he was hit by the bus (Na. 3 Kha. 7390) heading to Rajbiraj from Rupani, according to the District Police Office.
Seriously injured in the incident, Shivam succumbed to his injuries at the Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital. The bus has been impounded while its driver taken into custody for necessary action, police said. RSS
