The Chief Justice should be JC Chairman according to the international practice, he said.

The Constituent Assembly should consider the fact that appointment, transfer, promotion and departmental action of justices by the Constitutional Council is not a practical idea, he said.

The conference will hold discussions on reconciliation system, judicial independence, individual and social rights, relations between public and court and other several issues, he said. RSS
