Chaudhary, who was also former State Minister for Health, blamed that the Unified CPN (Maoist) has not been sincere for the peace and statute drafting processes.
He added that if the draft of the statute was not promulgated within August 31 forwarding necessary processes for peace, the UCPN-Maoist should be blamed for this.
He said there is no alternative to change this government as three major parties had already signed five-point agreement on May 28.
One of the point in the agreement includes Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal´s resignation. Now, Nepali Congress has the responsibility to conclude peace and statute writing processes.
