Stating that the NC is not in favor of any one caste, religion and class, Joint General Secretary Rathore said that it is a party that fights for the rights of all and has a history of fighting for it. He said that a party that advocates for only one side has no future.

Stating that the future of the current system is linked to the NC, Rathore claimed that if the NC becomes weak, the system itself will weaken. He mentioned that the NC should be strong to strengthen the federal democratic republic.

Rathore added that internal conflict between leaders and workers is weakening the NC and it is time to set aside all bitterness and unite. Stating that the practice of not acknowledging each other's existence has increased indiscipline in the party, Rathore mentioned that every leader and cadre should be disciplined and action should be taken against those who violate discipline.

He further said that the future of the NC lies in the hands of the youth.
