NC President Deuba urges Nepali organizations in SKorea to cooperate with fellow countrymen against COVID19

KATHMANDU, Feb 24: President of Nepali Congress, the main opposition party, Sher Bhadur Deuba has urged Nepali organizations in South Korea including Public Relations Committee to cooperate and collaborate with Nepali in South Korea against a viral outbreak of coronavirus.

KATHMANDU, Feb 24: President of Nepali Congress, the main opposition party, Sher Bhadur Deuba has urged Nepali organizations in South Korea including Public Relations Committee to cooperate and collaborate with Nepali in South Korea against a viral outbreak of coronavirus.


According to the press statement by the party on Monday, Dueba sent a letter to the president of the NPRC, South Korea urging for solidarity with Nepali nationals in South Korea to stand against the outbreak of COVID19.

For the past few days, the number of virus-infected in South Korea has rapidly increased. As per the latest update, the number of infected in South Korea, especially in the southeastern city of Daegu, has reached 833 with 7 deaths. 


Chairman Deuba also urged all the students and Nepali nationals in Daegu and other cities of South Korea to stay alert and apply precautionary measures to remain safe.
