Nirvana Chaudhary, managing director of Chaudhary Group, inaugurated the showroom amid a ceremony on Monday. "This is a pioneer and innovative idea to sell world class appliances from different brands under the same roof," Chaudhary said, adding that CG is the second largest electronic brands in Nepal.
Product portfolio at CG Digital includes consumer electronics, home appliances and communication products by LG; consumer electronics, electrical, home appliances and communication products by CG; consumer electronics and home appliances by Onida; refrigerators by Kelvinator and small home appliances by Rico.
CG Digital will have more than 300 product models of the five leading brands in its shelves so that every one gets the best of what they want.
"We will add products from five more brands till the end of this year and add more showrooms as well in Jawalakhel, New Road, Civil Mall and New Baneshwar. This will help us achieve the motive of being in direct touch with our customers," Chaudhary added.
CG Digital will have a pool of trained sales assistants having vast knowledge of products kept on display. They will help customers choose the right product according to their requirement. Almost all the products at CG Digital come with free home delivery service with no additional installation charge.
CG Digital has taken care of everything that a customer needs including the financing of products. In collaboration with Guna Group, it has arranged attractive financing facility for customers who want to buy high-range products from the showroom.
Credit card holders can use their cards and pay for the products in installments of 3 to 18 months from the card itself. CG Digital claims that the bank rate for paying through the cards is also reasonable.
Products at CG Digital come with attractive warranty for protection against manufacturing defects. Batteries of communication productions come with six-month warranty. All the products come with at least one-year warranty while high range products are covered by up to four-year warranty.
CG Electronics also has a number of service centers to provide attractive after sales service to its customers. Chaudhary said that the major attention of CG is now in the sector of after sales service.
"We also provide after sales services at home for products that are difficult to carry for the convenience of our customers," said Ramesh Shrestha, general manager of CG Electronics, explaining CG Digital´s efforts to better serve its customers.
