KATHMANDU, Dec 19: Administration experts have criticized the central government for not working for the change in public life.
Speaking with Shree Ram Paudel in Nagarik Frontline on Wednesday, Prof Dr Shree Krishna Shrestha and Prof Dr Govinda Dhakal said that the central government could not bring the changes for the public though the nation has already adopted the federal system.

Illustrating few examples, the experts said that the country has adopted the three levels of governments for the services to the public, however, the lack in coordination among all three levels failed to meet the objectives.
They opined that the government cannot just only accuse the bureaucracy of failing to implement the plans and policies.
