KATHMANDU, June 30: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Thursday filed a charge sheet at the Special Court in Kathmandu against a teacher.
The CIAA in a statement said that it charge sheeted against lower secondary level teacher Tarpanlal Rajbansi of Kali Higher Secondary School, Dangihat, Morang for submitting fake certificate of ICom., acquired from Bihar Intermediate Education Council Patna for the purpose of initial recruitment .
“Thus the Commission has filed the charge sheet claiming for maximum punishment under sec 12 and 29(2) of the former Corruption Control Act, 1961 and sec 16(1) of prevailing Prevention of Corruption Act 2002,” read the statement.
