KATHMANDU, June 21: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case at Special Court against a police person on the charge of possessing a fake educational certificate.
The CIAA on Tuesday filed the case against Head Constable Bhimsen Basnet for he had submitted the fake certificate of SLC exams for joining the service.
