Campus chief beaten up

POKHARA, May 5: An unidentified youth on Tuesday morning beat up Baikuntha Neupane, chief of Bhanubhakta Campus in Damauli of Tanahun district. The beating has left his right hand fractured and bruised his body. The youth wearing mask on his face beat up 49-year old Neupane with firewood while he was on his way to the Campus. The victim said he could not recognize the assailant. He returned home after undergoing treatment at Fish Tail Hospital, Pokhara and received preliminary treatment at Damauli Hospital. Neupane is also central president of Nepal Public Campus.
