Speaking at a news conference organized at Dhangadhi today, Sitaula said that the country could not sustain the crises if CA election was not held by mid-December.[break]
Stating that the incumbent government was formed to hold the election, he said there will be a special role of political parties rather than that of the government to create suitable environment with an objective of holding CA election by mid-December.
He claimed that all political parties will participate in the election as discussion with fringe parties is underway to hold the election.
Responding to a query, Sitaula blamed that the constitution was not promulgated as Chairman of the UCPN (Maoist), Pushpa Kamal Dahal, attempted to capture the state power violating the 12-point agreement.
