The separate meetings of the CA called for 11:00 and the Legislature-Parliament for 11:30 am this morning have not held till 4:00 pm.
The lawmakers of the Unified CPN (Maoist), Madhes based parties and lawmakers representing indigenous communities have been chanting slogans at the CA building premises.
The lawmakers chanted slogans demanding to begin the House and CA meetings and not to make the as hostage. They have also chanted slogans denouncing anti-federal forces.
Lawmaker of UCPN (Maoist) Rajkaji Maharjan said they would meet CA chairman Subas Nembang demanding their right to vote in the CA and promulgate the constitution if the parties failed to forge political consensus.
