A group of masked people set alight the bus [Dha 1 Kha 540] at Binhu VDC-4 at 9.45 p.m. and the jeep [Lu 1 Cha 2898] at Amarbhumi VDC also about the same time.[break]
The vehicles have been completely damaged by fire. Police reached there immediately after receiving information about the torching of the vehicles but could do nothing to douse the fire.
It is said that the occupants of the two vehicles were safe as they were asked to get off and leave by the arsonists.
Police have started investigation in this connection and it is not known who was involved in the arson attack.
