KATHMANDU, Feb 18: Bir Hospital is going to operate ‘Burn Ward’ within some months.

The newly-appointed Executive Director of Bir Hospital Dr Santosh Paudel said that the burn ward will be operational within three months. The service was discontinued after the building where the ward was located was destroyed by the earthquake in 2015. "Within three months, we will operate an intensive care unit with a burn ward and a surgery room," he said. "Now, we will treat burn patients."
