According to the parties, they would discuss with other parties about the nature of the protest programmes.

Talking to media following the meeting, senior leader of the Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba said they were determined to launch protest against this government.
Similarly, Vice-President of the party Ram Chandra Poudel said the government after the dissolution of the Constituent Assembly was not heeding constitution but threatening opposition parties. This government needs going for the next one, which would bring budget and hold election to the CA.
"Bringing budget by present government is looting state coffer," he said adding, "President must reject the budget brought by this government."
Similarly, CPN-UML´s Raghu Ji Pant said present government can not bring budget and the President too would not accept it if brought. It would be against consensus if present government brings it, he added.
Because this is a caretaker government, it would be against consensus if it brings budget, leader Pant argued.
Leader Pant further said the opposition parties had no option but to resort to protest, as the Maoists were trying to rule the country dictatorially thereby wiping out every democratic institution.
