Speaking at a press meet in Butwal on Thursday, he said that the delay in bringing budget will hamper the development of all sectors. [break]The services of government and other service providers will be affected by delay budget and it will leave negative impact on the national economy, he said.
He said that the government has been making efforts to bring budget forging consensus among all parties. The government will bring budget at any cost even if the UCPN (Maoist) does not agree, he said.
The new government under Maoist leadership is not possible until the party disassociates itself from its army combatants and weapons, he added.
