BUDBL to distribute 13 percent bonus shares

KATHMANDU, Dec 21: The 12th annual general meeting (AGM) of Business Universal Development Bank Ltd (BUDBL) has endorsed the bank's proposal to distribute 13 percent bonus shares and 0.68 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders.

Issuing a statement, the bank said that its paid-up capital will reach Rs 1.56 billion once the bonus shares are adjusted. According to the statement, the bank made an operating profit of Rs 244.4 million in 2014/15.
