KATHMANDU, March 30: British Minister for International Development, Mike Foster, is arriving Kathmandu on Tuesday in a three-day visit of Nepal. According to the Department for International Development (DFID), Minister Foster is going to launch DFID country plan for Nepal, where he will make an announcement of support for the next three years.

Foster will also meet top leaders from both the government and outside the government and make field visit of Maoist´s seventh division in the far-western region in the far-west, said DFID.
