KATHMANDU, March 18 : Bank of Kathmandu (BoK) celebrated 'Global Money Week 2015' in Nepal across its 50 branches from March 9 to 17.

As part of the event, the bank organized various activities such as financial education session, both for parents and school/college students, on the premsies of its branch offices.
Likewise, the bank also organized 'Visit Your Bank Day' in all branches for students throughout the week. Through the program, students were able to see how and where their savings are maintained and also got to know the functioning of the bank in more detail, the bank said in a statement. Bank officials said they were able to deliver financial awareness and enrichment to more than 1,200 students, teachers and parents across the country.
