KATHMANDU, Dec 22: A one-day blood donation camp was organized in Bhaktapur on Saturday. The program was organized by Lions and Leo Club of Kathmandu Nirbana and was supported by local organizations.

More than 48 donors participated during the program. According to the organizer, the program has helped in motivating the public, youth in particular, to donate blood and have explained the importance of the blood donation.
The club informed that it will organize such program in future as well to minimize the shortage of the blood in the city.
