CHITWAN, July 26: Cadres of CPN-Maoist led by Netra Bikram Chand smeared black shoot on the face of Bharatpur Sub-Metropolitan executive officer Narayan Prasad Sapkota on Sunday morning, accusing him of corruption.

Sapkota has been accused of embezzling Rs 9 million while the sub-metropolitan purchased land for construction of landfill site.
Various parties had jointly submitted a memorandum to the Chief district Officer of Chitwan on July 12, demanding investigation into financial transactions of the sub-metropolitan.
