Bhupendra Khadka, Madhukar Tuladhar, Durgananda Chaudhary, Srijana Thapa Magar, Laba Bahadur Bista, Gopal Prasad Panthi, Mina Bista, Milan Kumar Shrestha, Netramani Acharya and Mahesh Kumar Shrestha are other members of the elected committee. The convention also passed a 13-point proposal.
Funstix Toffee launched
KATHMANDU: Sujal Foods has launched Funstix Toffee in the Nepali market. According to a press statement issued by the company, Funstix is a rich toffee made with the perfect blend of real cashew nuts and creamy milk, which is very rich and delicious. Panasonic´s FSV air conditioners in market
KATHMANDU: Triveni Group -- the authorized distributor of Panasonic in Nepal -- has launched full range of FSV air conditioners in Nepal. According to a press statement issued on Sunday, Panasonic´s FSV is a reverse cycle Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system specifically designed for the most demanding applications where precise cooling or heating load control is needed, such as offices, shops and multi-storey apartments.
"The FSV system enables a single outdoor unit to power up to 64 indoor units. The indoor units can be a mix of wall mounted, cassette, mini cassette and mid and low static pressure ducted units with total capacity of up to 60HP," said the statement. According to the company, the new products offer maximum effectiveness, comply with the strictest environmental standards and meet the construction requirements of our techno-savvy time, the company said in the statement.
Grand Bank eyes Rs 600m operating profit
KATHMANDU : Grand Bank is targeting operating profit of Rs 600 million in the current fiscal year. Speaking at an interaction organized by the bank, CEO of the bank, Sudheer Khatri, said the bank was launching new services starting from Nepali New Year. Members of Stock Brokers Association of Nepal and entrepreneurs were present at the program. The bank which has 21 branches at present has also started an extension counter at Tribhuvan International Airport. Likewise, the bank recently organized two-day banking training to 30 rotarctors in coordination with Rotary Club of Bagmati.
