The party in a statement on Tuesday questioned the Attorney General's decision not to prosecute Lamichhane on the passport fraud case. It is mentioned in the statement that the decision of the Supreme Court's Constitutional Court on January 27, 2023 indicated that other agencies are investigating the case of Lamichhane's passport and that the process may proceed in a judicial manner.
