In a bid to exert pressure on the government to expedite the reconstruction of the homes and public buildings shattered by last year’s deadly earthquake, Bibeksheel Nepali, a political party, on Sunday organized a rickshaw rally here in the capital.
The rally started from Maharjgunj and passed through Kapan, Chuchhepati and Baudhha before converging into a function in Jorpati.
The participants on the occasion also sent a text message to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli seeking the expenditure details of the reconstruction effort.
