KATHMANDU, Jan 7: Bibeksheel Nepali Party has condemned Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli for forming a "jumbo cabinet" going against the spirit of the constitution.
Issuing a press statement on Thursday, the party said that Prime Minister Oli has made a joke of democracy and exhibited a poor political culture by creating a jumbo cabinet of 40 ministers.
PM Dahal's Difficulties
The statement of the party stated that Prime Minister Oli expanded the cabinet just to fulfill his personal and partisan interests and the move is against the welfare of the general public.
The party has drawn attention of the government to immediately decrease the number of ministers and make it constitutional. "Such move by the government will only help fuel corruption in the country," read the statement.
