KATHMANDU , July 11: Flood water from the Bhoteskoshi River has swept away seven more cemented houses Monday at Tatopani of Sindhupalchwok in the past 24 hours.
Similarly, around 145 houses based in two kilometers of area from Tatopani Bazaar to Liping are at high risk of flooding, Border Police Office, Kodari's Police Inspector Khumlal Bhusal said. There is incessant rainfall in the Tatopani area, increasing waters level in the river.
Similarly, 13 houses at Barhabise area are facing risk from the Bhotekoshi flood waters. The swollen river has caused rampant soil erosion in the affected areas. A cemented bridge linking Ramche and Barhbise VDCs is too at risk of being washed away. RSS
