KATHMANDU, June 4: The Election Commission (EC) has spent Rs 4.73 billion so far in elections management.  According to the details compiled by the election body, nearly half of the total funds allotted by the government has already been spent. The expenditure, however, includes some of costs incurred for logistical arrangement for the second round of elections scheduled for June 28.
