KATHMANDU, Aug 23: Shram Sanskriti Party Chairman Harka Sampang has said that Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmaker Ashika Tamang’s political outlook aligns with his party.
Sampang made the remarks, saying that the issues Tamang is trying to raise fall within the opposition camp.

Writing on social media, Sampang claimed that Tamang’s rebellious nature is similar to that of his political camp. He remarked that Tamang had “mistakenly” become an RSP candidate.
He said, “What Ashika Tamang is trying to do falls within the opposition camp. Our side is the one that matches her rebellious nature. She became an RSP candidate by mistake.”
Sampang also claimed that Tamang’s objectives could only be achieved through the Shram Sanskriti Party. He added that his comments reflected his personal opinion and urged others not to take them otherwise.
He said, “Her objectives can only be achieved through Shram Sanskriti because we are activists. I have expressed my personal opinion, so no one should take it otherwise.”
