Army chopper again leaves for search for missing Tara Air aircraft

POKHARA, Feb 24: A Nepal Army  chopper has left Pokhara for search for the missing Tara Air aircraft again. Earlier, two choppers that had left for the search of the missing aircraft had returned  to Pokhara due to bad weather.



According to Mygdi Chief District Office (CDO), the mssing aircraft has not been found. He infomed Republica Online that a search team has been deployed in Bugikharka area based on speculation.

 An aircraft of Tara Airlines that flew from Pokhara to Jomsom, Mustang has gone missing. The aircraft had taken off from Pokhara airport at 7:50 am with 23 people including two foreigners and three crew members on board.

The plane was scheduled to land at Jomsom airport at 8:10 am.
