Gurung was invited to the three-day conference by General Martin E Dempsey, Army Chief of USA, and Major General Chan Chun Sing, Chief of Singapore Armed Forces.[break]
The biennial conference will discuss security issues of Asia-Pacific area and other contemporary issues. Gurung will discuss the bilateral relationship and interests with army chiefs of USA, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Canada, South Korea, Thailand, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Singapore at the conference.
Gurung wil also participate in the 35th Pacific Armies Management Seminar (PAMS-XXXV) in Singapore.
