Ambulance torched in Rautahat

RAUTAHAT, Aug. 25: Cadres of the United Madhesi Front have torched an ambulance at Gaur Municipality in Rautahat district Monday night.

According to the District Police Office, Rautahat, the agitators set the ambulance,Na 3 Cha 863, on fire after some hours later of enforcing curfew at the district headquarters. The curfew was imposed due to the untoward situation for the past few days.


The ambulance was completely damaged in the incident. The agitators torched the ambulance citing it carried the teargas shells and bullets of police. RSS
