All 471 prisoners escape from Sindhuli prison

Superintendent of Police Laldhwaj Subedi confirmed that all prisoners have broken out of the jail.

KATHMANDU, Sept 10: Sindhuli District Police have reported that all prisoners have escaped from the district jail located in Sindhuligadhi, Sindhuli. According to the prison administration, the inmates set fire inside the facility on Wednesday morning and broke the main gate to flee.

The jail housed a total of 471 inmates, including 428 men and 43 women. Superintendent of Police Laldhwaj Subedi confirmed that all prisoners have broken out of the jail.
