KATHMANDU, March 23: Army Integration Special Committee (AISC) meeting on Monday could not form a technical committee since the four parties failed to nominate their representatives.
The technical committee deals with integration of the Maoist combatants into national army and rehabilitate them in society.

"We have decided to provide the names by Friday when next meeting has been scheduled," said Dr Minendra Rijal, a Nepali Congress member in the AISC.
The technical committee will be formed at Friday’s meeting, according to Rijal.
The AISC has two members each from three largest ruling parties – Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist), Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist Leninist) and Madhesi People´s Rights Forum – and NC.
