"We have decided to provide the names by Friday when next meeting has been scheduled," said Dr Minendra Rijal, a Nepali Congress member in the AISC.

The technical committee will be formed at Friday’s meeting, according to Rijal.

The AISC has two members each from three largest ruling parties – Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist), Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist Leninist) and Madhesi People´s Rights Forum – and NC.
