BHAKTAPUR, March 31: The 2nd edition of the 'Agriculture Fair and Exhibition 2073' is being held in Bhaktapur district.
The District Agriculture Cooperative Lile held a press conference on Thursday to announce the date of the agricultural fair taking place on April 1 and 2.
Cooperative's Chairman Uttam Sapkota said the fair was being organized to inform the farmers of the agricultural produces, fertilizers, technology, diseases and soil testing technology.
The fair is taking place on the occasion of the 60th National Cooperative Day. Fair Coordinator, Anish Lageju, said more than 35,000 farmers, businessmen, and members of the public were expected to visit the event.
Lageju said the organizers were estimating the cost of organizing the event to hit Rs 160,000. RSS
