Acharya presents draft statute

KATHMANDU, May 28: Nepali Congress leader Narahari Acharya on Friday made public a draft of a sample constitution at CA building in the presence of journalists.



Acharya argued that the relevancy of the present government comes to an end with effect from Friday.



The draft prepared by Acharya proposes six states. He is also in favor of executive prime minister which is against the stance of his party, the Nepali Congress.
