PANCHTHAR, Jan 28: Service recipients have been in trouble for no presence of employees at the Area Livestock Office, Yasok in Panchthar for the past four months.

Though there has been the posting of three employees including officer, the whole office now is relying on an office assistant. With this, the locals have complained for not getting service from the office.

They have been deprived of receiving various services including artificial breeding, immunization to cattle and recommendations from the office for other services, said Khem Niraula, a local farmer.

However, the District Livestock Office justified that they could not depute employees in the service centre because of inadequate human resource. RSS
